Warren County had the most, with six of its 55 polling locations moved due to a variety of issues, affecting 7% of its voters. That's 2.5% of the total number of registered voters in those four counties. On the whole, it impacts 29,000 people at 15 polling locations in Hamilton, Warren and Clermont counties.
